Safeway has a new Gluten Free product line that rocks. Reasonable priced and food finished product. The cornmeal pear cake was made using the HF Flour, these brownies were made with the brownie mix.

When making the bacon wrapped sweet potatoes  mix well – and you can always add a dash of Maple syrup to the mix too!
